The news arrived during Unite Copenhagen 2019, where Samsung Electronics engineer Jungwoo Kim and gamedev engineer Anton Syniavskyi discussed the journey of bringing Activision’s FPS series to mobile.</p><p>This impressive feat was achieved due to the team’s decision to use the Vulkan graphics standard from Khronos. Vulkan is basically an up-to-date API which is highly optimised for most mobile and streaming platforms. Then you'll be excited to hear that the team behind it, Blue Wizard Digital, is back with an all-new and even bloodier adventure.</p><p>Friday the 13th: Killer Puzzle follows Jason Voorhees and you're going to help him stalk and kill tons of innocent campers from the iconic Crystal Lake all the way to Manhattan.</p><p>There's not a ton of detail out at the moment but it looks like it'll be quite similar to Slayaway Camp in the 'slide 'n slay' way along with its isometric view. You'll have over 100 puzzles to work through and multiple locations to visit. Perhaps you need a game to help you through it?</p><p>Well, Mi-Clos Studios has put its Gold Award-winning Out There: Omega Edition on sale across iOS and Android.</p><p>Instead of paying £3.99 / $4.99 for it you can currently grab it for £1.49 / $1.99.</p><p>Given that Out There is about drifting almost hopelessly through space it might act as a good way to escape from the chaos of the classroom.</p><p>Our reviewer called the original version a "vast, lonely game about space and time and death" that is "by turns funny, exciting, and fresh."</p><p>This Omega Edition adds over 50 new stories, 15 new alien species, three new ships, a new ending, as well as completely new visuals.
