The virtual event saw a plethora of bonuses, encounters and Special Research quests for players to complete, including potential encounters with Shadow and Mewtwo and Victini. Today, Niantic has released some stats which show their AR title continues to be incredibly popular.</p><p>Millions of people took part in Pokemon Go Fest 2020 from 124 different countries and regions.
